Rental fees are as follows:

Rental fee (includes security fee and bartenders)	$4500
Additional Cleaning deposit*	$1000

 

*Cleaning deposit will be returned only if the renter thoroughly cleans the facility, and nothing is broken.
The outside area is also available for an additional $1,500.00 fee.
