Membership Dinner & Annual Meeting

February 9th is the annual membership dinner and meeting and all members are invited to attend.

All KCBC members are invited to attend the 2019 Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, February 9,
2019, even if you don’t attend the dinner before the meeting. If you plan on attending dinner, 6 pm are cocktails followed by
dinner at 7 pm. The meeting will begin around 8:30 pm. If you choose to come to the meeting but don’t plan on joining us for dinner, please do not arrive before 8:00 pm.

All membership dues and dinner reservations must be paid and received at the P.O. Box by January 28, 2019.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Membership dues or dinner payment will not be accepted the night of the event. The cost
for dinner is $40 for a single and $80 for a couple; honorary single is $35 and $70 for a couple. Thank you for your
cooperation and understanding.
