Help support the Basque Dancers going to Washington DC to represent the KCBC

at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival from July 7-11! Reverse Draw tickets are $75

which includes a delicious dinner. Come enjoy friends, food, and fun along with a wine

auction on June 11th while supporting a good cause. If you are interested in purchasing

Udaleku-Salt Lake City, UT

July 10-22:  Udaleku will be held in Salt Lake City, UT.  Registration will be some time in March.  Please check the NABO website at  for more information.  Register your child on time in order to secure a place for him/her at camp.  Please do not be the parent that slacks;  you do not want your child to miss this wonderful experience.

44th Annual KCBC Basque Festival

May 28:  Mus Tournament and handball games

May 29: Mass @ 10 am followed by lunch, dance performances, handball games, and a dance at 7 pm.  Come out for a fun filled day at the Bakersfield Basque Club!

Easter Mass & Lunch

March 27:  Easter mass @ 10 am followed by an Easter egg hunt and a lamb roast lunch @ 12:30 pm.  The junior dancers will also be having a bake sale.

Membership Dinner & Annual Meeting

February 27 is the annual membership dinner and meeting and all members are invited to attend.  Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 pm followed by a delicious steak dinner at 7 pm.  If you would like to attend just the meeting, it begins at 8:30 pm.  The cost per member is $20 and $15 if you are an Honorary Member.  All dinner reservations and dues must be paid for and received in the mail by February 13, 2016.

Mus Tournament

January 23- KCBC mus tournament.  Registration begins at 7:30 am with the tournament starting at 8:30 am.  Find yourself a partner and join the fun.  Cost is $35 per person which includes a delicious lunch.  Winners will go on to play in the NABO mus tournament.

Christmas Party

We will be hosting a Christmas Party at KCBC on December 13th.  Mass will begin at 10 am followed by a delicious barbeque chicken lunch.  Adults: $18    Children 12 and under: $15   Non-Members: $25.  Members who have volunteered throughout the year, Basque danced, played in the Klika, played handball/pala, participated in the choir, and if you are an Honorary Members will receive a Complimentary lunch!

Kern County Fair
